About Us:
In a society that focuses on disposable items, Charmingly Artistic Design's goal is to provide quality one-of-a-kind homemade items for the generations. To that end, some of the designs will be made using vintage items.
The goal of Charmingly Artistic Designs is to provide items that will last and be able to be passed down from generation to generation. As part of that, Charmingly Artistic Designs understands we all have keepsakes in our lives that we don't know what to do with but are unable to part. Allow us to incorporate those items into a custom quilt, pillow, or pet item.
But not only do we want to incorporate items from your life but also to create items that assist in the memorialization of events. For example, a beloved companion passes and you would like a way to keep a physical remembrance of the good times. Charmingly Artistic Designs can create a homemade item to assist you.

RETURN POLICY
Charmingly Creative Designs will accept the returns of non-customized items for 30 days after purchase with a cash refund if certain requirements are met. After 30 days but less than 90 days a store credit refund will be issued. Should the items become damaged within the first year due to workmanship, the item can be sent to the company for repairs free of charge; however, if the damage is caused by inappropriate use of the item, then the customer will need to pay repairs and work hours needed to repair the damage.
Inappropriate using items for non intended purposes that would require multiple washings in a week or month. Charmingly Artistic Designs strives to provide quality items but reasonable use is still suggested.
