Refund Policy

Lee’s Creative Designs will accept the returns of non-customized items for 30 days after purchase with a cash refund if certain requirements are met.  After 30 days but less than 90 days a store credit refund will be issued.  Should the items become damaged within the first year due to workmanship, the item can be sent to the company for repairs free of charge; however, if the damage is caused by inappropriate use of the item, then the customer will need to pay repairs and work hours needed to repair the damage.  

 

In appropriate use would include washing in machines with an agitator and repeated washings.  Lee’s Creative Designs strives to provide items that are strong and last through time but even the best created item will wear out if abused.
